01Do you work with lab-grown and natural diamonds?+
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are our primary focus, and natural diamonds are sourced on request.
02Which diamond certificates are available?+
Certified diamonds from GIA, IGI or HRD can be sourced where relevant. Non-certified options are also available depending on the size and requirement.
03Is the jewellery ready stock?+
No. Our fine jewellery is made to order around your design, diamond choice, size and gold preference.
04How long does made-to-order jewellery take?+
Usually around 4–5 weeks, depending on the design, diamond sourcing and craftsmanship involved. The expected timeline is confirmed with your quotation.
05Can you ship internationally?+
Yes. Secure delivery is available across India and internationally. Timing and delivery charges are confirmed for the destination.
06Can I visit in Surat?+
Yes. Visits are available by prior appointment at our Mahidharpura working office.
07Do you offer buyback or exchange?+
No. Because our pricing is structured close to wholesale and B2B rates, buyback and exchange are not offered.
